The "COP Meeting Opener Card"
DOWNLOAD THE CARD HERE.
You can also use the AUDIO recording here.
This card contains a short guided moment of "mindful connection to the Earth". You can use it collectively, for example at the beginning of a meeting, as a way to invite participants to be fully present, to relax and symbolically invite Nature to be present in the discussions at hand.
You can also use it personally, when you need a brief moment to recharge and reconnect to the wisdom and power of Nature that lies within each of us.
The illustration on the card is a print by the French artist, Hélène Hibou. It is part of a series called “The Waters of the World”. Hélène writes: “Based in part on scientific observation, supported by the research of Theodore Schwenk, a hydrodynamicist, these works speak of the movements of water and the flowing of blood in the body. The theme speaks of appearance and disappearance where the immobile is born of the mobile; it speaks of the moment that marks matter. (…) From these free and unprejudiced observations of the movement of fluids, one feels that thought undergoes a metamorphosis: it becomes more capable of grasping the life force.” (You can follow Hélène on Instagram)
